Market Decision Diagnostic
A board-ready go / no-go recommendation, buyer map, evidence and adoption gaps, and a 90-day decision plan.
For innovators
For women's-health teams with a live product, credible evidence and an active market, channel or clinical-adoption decision.
Where to begin
Each offer has a fixed purpose, bounded duration and visible output. The work expands only when the evidence justifies it.
A board-ready go / no-go recommendation, buyer map, evidence and adoption gaps, and a 90-day decision plan.
A market architecture connecting stakeholder evidence, purchasing logic, clinical workflow, cultural adaptation, partners and economics.
A governed implementation programme with adoption measures, specialist delivery and an explicit scale, adapt or stop decision.
Ongoing senior decision support after a completed engagement, with an executive cadence and focused partner navigation.
The Market-to-Care method
The method stays consistent; the clinical, market and cultural expertise is configured for the problem.
Define the live market decision, success threshold, constraints and evidence that could change the answer.
Examine evidence, buyers, care pathways, workflows, partners and cultural context as one connected system.
Create a sequenced plan with owners, decision gates, implementation economics and a measurable pilot path.
Configure the right specialist support while keeping scope, quality, evidence and decisions visible.
End with a clear scale, adapt or stop decision and add the learning to Miso's reusable method.
Community trial
A trial tells you whether something works when people are watched, reminded and often paid. It does not tell you whether anyone reaches for it on a bad week, how they explain it to a friend, or which part they quietly stop doing by day nine.
Miso runs continuous health cohorts — screened, engaged women aged thirty to fifty-five, already tracking how they sleep, move and feel. Putting a product into that setting is a community trial: the same kind of user, in her own life, where the reason something is or is not used can be observed rather than inferred. That gap is usually what separates a good trial result from a disappointing launch.
The first test
Share the solution, target market and decision timing. Miso will respond with fit and the smallest sensible starting point.
